Mcp Project Save

Persist a project + its assembly list under the current actor.

Authorisation: paid-tier user / api_token only. Pass holders blocked (see _gate_paid_user). Owner is stamped from auth.user_id; free-form name / client etc. are written verbatim subject to Pydantic length caps. Unknown slug values inside assemblies bounce as a single INVALID_INPUT envelope listing the offending slug — the route does NOT partially-commit a project with bad rows.
