Mcp Compute Multi Section

Multi-section compute dispatcher (60th-fire item K).

Runs N sections of a single linear/sectioned assembly and aggregates the bills into a single MultiSectionResult envelope. Section-specific geometry keys (e.g. stem_height) are passed as Pydantic extras on each _SectionInput and reach the engine unmodified via section.params.

Per-section rate-slot consumption: a free caller burns one slot per section. Paid callers bypass the limiter entirely, matching mcp_compute.
