Mcp Accept Redirect

Redirect LLM agents to the browser-rendered acceptance landing page.

Per the phase-3.4.5 plan: the human-facing acceptance page lives in the Next.js web app at civilquants.com/mcp/accept. The API-side /api/v1/mcp/accept is a 302 sending the agent's user (the human at the keyboard) to the consent page. The target URL is configurable via MCP_ACCEPT_PAGE_URL so preview deploys can point elsewhere.
