Mcp Project Update

Update one or more metadata fields on an existing project.

Returns the full updated project shape — same payload as GET /api/v1/mcp/project/{id} — so the UI can replace its local copy in one round trip. Paid-tier only. Same RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND collapse pattern as the GET endpoint (cross-user + missing IDs are indistinguishable from the client's perspective).
