Mcp Project Add Assembly

Add a single assembly to an existing project (G.4.5).

Mirrors the multi-assembly path in mcp_project_save for a single row — same slug validation, same owner check via _load_owned_project, same ProjectService.add_assembly call. Position is auto-assigned at the end of the existing assembly list.

Used by the "Add to project" CTA on /calculators/[slug] when the user picks an existing project from the modal.
