Create a view

Save an arrangement of the table: its query (filter, sort, group), field layout, footer calculations, row colours and layout. scope: "personal" needs a user behind the credential and is refused for an OAuth client. duplicateOf copies everything but the name from another view, its layout included; send layout to override it. A shared view on a structure-locked table is a 409 TABLE_STRUCTURE_LOCKED.
