Edit or resolve a comment

Deprecated: use tables.messages.edit instead. This alias stops working on 2026-12-15. Edit the body, or set resolved to close (true) or reopen (false) the thread without erasing it. An unknown comment is a 404 COMMENT_NOT_FOUND.
