List table rows

Keyset pagination over a table’s rows. Every row is returned as properties, keyed by immutable field key, each value a tagged union that says what it means — a computed cell carries stale and any error. filters and sort are JSON-encoded arrays in the query string, e.g. ?filters=[{"fieldKey":"amount","op":"gt","value":100}]&sort=[{"fieldKey":"date","direction":"desc"}]. Relation and attachment fields cannot be filtered or sorted by — their values live in other stores.
