List a table’s activity

The audit trail: who inserted, edited, deleted, restored or purged rows, which schema changes landed, and which feed sync wrote a batch — newest first, keyset-paginated. Filter to one rowId to answer "what happened to this record", or to one event type. This is how an integration reconciles what it wrote against what the workspace actually holds.
