Hide or show a message

Hide a message from the thread (state: hidden, with an optional reason) without destroying the record, or show it again (visible). A signed-in workspace administrator’s act: an API key or an OAuth grant may be in a third party’s hands, so it is a 403 FORBIDDEN whoever holds it.
