Set a cell’s files

The body IS the value: the ordered set of live assets is what the cell holds. Assets absent from it are tombstoned; staged assets present in it are bound to the row. An asset that is not this cell’s to bind is refused rather than skipped, so a file a caller uploaded never simply fails to appear.
