attention'needs_you' | 'working' | 'done' | 'idle'

What the caller should do about the task. needs_you: a request addressed to the caller is open. working: a session in the task is running or starting, or the task is waiting on somebody else. done: a result arrived since the caller last marked the task seen. idle: nothing new.
