Say whether the task did the job [write]

The caller's own answer for a task that has a result. Each person has one answer per task; sending it again replaces the earlier one. It counts toward stats.completed_yes or stats.completed_no of the catalog listing the task's agent stands for. 409 no_result while no session of the task has replied. 404 for a task the caller cannot see. Answers 503 not_migrated until the platform's answer table is in place.
