List the workspace's accounts at outside vendors — never credentials [read]

Vendor accounts connected here, and the workspace's model plans (managed under /model-subscriptions; their ids start with plan:). vendors lists the vendors an account can be connected for and whether connecting takes one key or the vendor's full settings. 404 where external accounts are not turned on for the workspace.
