Omitted fields keep their value. threshold_usd is 5, 10 or 20; amount_usd is 10, 20, 50 or 100. Turning it on needs a saved card (402 no_payment_method — add one with POST /billing/card-setup) and agrees to the card processing fee each charge adds; turning it off is remembered. A workspace key or a restricted credential cannot change it.
