Report on a task from the server its agent runs on [task pass]

Authorized by the pass handed to that server with the turn, sent as Authorization: Bearer, and by nothing else: any other credential is refused with 403. message shows progress and keeps the turn open. result is the answer; request asks the person a question, which they answer like any other request on the task; error says the work could not be done. Those three end the turn and the pass, so write the task's files first. 409 turn_ended once the turn is over; 401 for a pass that has ended.
