Mark the task seen by the caller [write]

Changed on

Records that the caller has looked at the task now, so a result that already arrived stops reading as done for them. Optional session_ids scopes the read to those task members; other members keep their unread results. Other people's view is unchanged. Answers 503 not_available until the platform's task tables are in place.
