Upload a financial statement document from an S3 presigned URL

Upload a financial statement document from an S3 presigned URL. File name will be extracted from the content-disposition header or the presigned URL. Currently, only PDF, XLSX, and XLS files are supported. XLS files are converted to XLSX before storage. The maximum file size is 150MB.
