Set a customer's combined financials setup

Turn combined financials on or off and replace the contributing customers, as one change: nothing is saved if any contributing customer is refused.

A contributing customer must be another of your customers, on the same financial template as this one, without combined financials of its own, and not already contributing to a different customer. Turning combined financials off clears the contributing customers; combined statements already created are kept.

Create combined statements with POST /api/v1/financials/statements/combine.
