Combine contributing customers' financial statements

Create or update a customer's combined financial statements from its contributing customers' statements.

Set up the contributing customers and their shares first, with PUT /api/v1/financials/customers/{customer_id}/combined_financials. Each entry of statements gives a period and one statement of that period from each contributing customer; each statement's amounts are weighted by its customer's share, converted into the main customer's currency, and summed. A combined statement is recalculated when one of its contributing statements changes.
