List a borrower's bank transactions
A best-effort live listing. The underlying set changes as syncs land, so a single walk may skip or repeat rows. Deduplicating on (bank_account_id, txn_id) handles the repeats; a caller needing a guaranteed-complete set should re-read the window once it is quiet.
Pending and withdrawn transactions are excluded, so a summed ledger reconciles against the same window on /aggregates.
amount is positive for money into the account and negative for money out. Rows come back in the account's own currency unless target_currency is passed, in which case they are converted at the same single rate /aggregates uses, so a summed ledger still reconciles. Each row's currency says which it is in.

How a bank figure was obtained: a live connection to the bank (plaid), a document somebody uploaded (document), a figure entered by hand or imported from a spreadsheet (manual), or transactions a partner posted through /banking/imports (import).
Figures from different families are never mixed. An entity with both a Plaid link and uploaded statements holds two independent records of the same months, so summing across families double-counts.
Limit to one record. Omit to read every family; each row names its own, the same way GET /banking/accounts does. Group by source before summing. An entity with both a Plaid link and uploaded statements holds two independent records of the same months, so a total taken across an unfiltered ledger double-counts. To reconcile against POST /banking/aggregates, pass a single family.
Limit to one account, from GET /banking/accounts.
Convert amount and running_balance to this currency, at one rate for the whole window -- the same conversion POST /banking/aggregates does, so a summed ledger still reconciles to the converted totals. Omit it to get each row in its account's own currency, which is what the customer's statement shows.
Rows from accounts whose balances are not cash. True by default: a credit-card transaction is real activity even though its balance does not count toward a cash total. Set false to reconcile a ledger against an /aggregates figure.
