Aggregate a borrower's banking over one or more windows

Returns bucketed banking figures for each requested source family. Families are returned side by side and are NEVER combined: an entity with both a Plaid link and uploaded statements holds two independent records of the same months, and summing them roughly doubles every flow.

Every metric is present in the response even when null. null means the evidence was not available; 0 means it was and the figure is zero. A fully covered month in which nothing happened reports zero.
