Import monthly reports from FreshBooks responses

Each report is the result object of a profit_and_loss or balance_sheet response. A monthly-resolution profit and loss is split into its months. Validates, converts and stores every report before responding. Returns 201 with the receipt, or 200 with the original receipt (deduplicated: true) when the idempotency_key was already used for the same reports. Rule failures are a 422, and conflicts with stored data a 409, both with a {code, message, field, candidates} body.
