List outbound calling tasks (campaigns) owned by the account

Without ids, lists up to the 100 most recent tasks. With ids=id1,id2, reads one to five unique tasks owned by the account and returns requestedIdsComplete: true, requestedIds and hasMore: false; unknown or foreign IDs all return the same 404. The selected response is capped at 4 MiB; split the IDs into smaller groups after task_inventory_payload_limit. If one task still exceeds the limit alone, inspect it with GET /v1/tasks/{id} or contact support; do not change its immutable recipient list to work around the response limit.
