Read a PetCenter batch-pause operation after an uncertain response

Owner-only durable readback for a PetCenter batch pause. Send its operationId; the response wraps the operation under operation and includes the exact manifestSha, canonical requestHash, ordered task IDs and revisions, and each committed task outcome. requestHash is SHA-256 of compact UTF-8 JSON with lexicographically sorted object keys for {manifestSha,tasks} (the task array order is preserved); operationId is excluded. Use this after any uncertain POST before creating another operation.
