Detaches the saved card IMMEDIATELY - the WHOLE auto top-up configuration is deleted (threshold and amount included), not just the card. Turning it on again only works through POST .../setup, which charges a first top-up right away. While a running monthly plan pays with the same card the call is refused with invalid_state: replace the card with POST /v1/subscription/card instead.
