List Incubator Batches

List the distinct batch ids for a given incubator.

Powers the "Batch" dropdown on the Incubator source block in the sequence builder. Filter matches list_incubator_options — keep rows from canonical scrapers (confidence unset) and HIGH/MEDIUM LLM-validated rows; drop LOW-confidence LinkedIn guesses.
