List Audience Sources

Return the registry of audience source kinds + their output columns.

Exposed so the MCP skill (and anyone else building on top) can discover at runtime what sources exist, what each emits per lead, and what the default config looks like — no hardcoded list in client code. When a new source kind is added to beshared, this endpoint surfaces it automatically.
