Cancel Sequence Audience Enrollment

Cancel the in-flight audience enrollment workflow for this sequence.

Best-effort:

Ask Temporal to cancel the workflow (cooperative — propagates to the activity on its next heartbeat).
Append a terminal cancelled event to workflow_progress so the SSE stream closes immediately and the UI stops looking stuck.

Returns { ok, cancelled }. cancelled=False when there was nothing in-flight to cancel.
