Update Sequence Contact Enrichments

Merge custom enrichment variables into a sequence audience row.

Writes into contact/company enrichment JSONB bags; keys land as {{key}} template variables at enrollment via build_audience_attributes. Enrolled contacts receive the same causal runtime refresh as webhook data.
