Confirm Own Installation

Self-serve confirm of the caller's own ServiceTitan install.

Tenants are resolved from the authenticated org, never taken from the client. A benign 400 (not installed yet, already confirmed) is skipped; any other error is logged and, if it left nothing confirmed, surfaced as 502 so the client shows a real error instead of the "not installed yet" hint.

A 409 is the exception: it is the environment reconciliation refusing, and its detail is written for the customer. Swallowing it would show "not approved yet" for a tenant that will never be approved.
