Targeting Health

Return targeting health metrics, summed across every variant for the agent.

The agent detail page renders this card at the bottom of the Performance tab; users want it to reflect the whole agent (e.g. Mollie across all region × trade variants), not just the oldest campaign. We aggregate by summing each metric across every campaign slug:

• eligible_pool / starting_pool / pool_pct: sum of each variant's latest snapshot.
• net_pool_change / burn_rate: sum of per-variant deltas vs. each variant's snapshot from ~7 days ago (so a variant with stale snapshots doesn't poison the rest).
• reintroduction_rate: sum of per-variant reintroductions for the next 7 days.
• evaluated_at: most recent evaluated_date across variants.
