Campaign Overview

Return campaigns grouped by agent module with send stats for a date.

If no date is provided, defaults to the org-local "today" so the homepage's per-card eligible / sent numbers share the same daypart as the KpiBand and /agent-stats. The date query param still lets admin tooling pin to a specific historical date.
