Campaign Summary

CampaignDetail-shaped response with only the cheap fields populated.

One enriched-campaigns DB query — no campaign-service sends round trip, live engagement SQL, or capacity math — so the agent detail page can become interactive (variants, targeting, settings, pause) while /detail computes metrics. Metric fields are zeroed/null; the frontend only renders metrics from /detail.
