Read Conversation Agents V2

Lightweight V2-agent list for the conversations / simulations filter dropdown.

Returns only the V2 agents in the user's org that have at least one engagement eligible for the requesting list. Non-admin users need this because the admin /agents-v2/ endpoint is gated and would otherwise leave the filter empty (see ENG-3867).
