Campaign Targeting Preview
Live targeting preview keyed by campaign UUID.
Pass rules in the body for the agents-page live-edit case; omit it to evaluate the campaign's persisted rule set (admin Targeting tab, MCP preview tool). The optional flags expose the per-step name / filter_type / num_unique enrichments the agents page doesn't need.
Org-scoped: verifies the campaign belongs to the authenticated user's organization before proxying, matching the pattern used by PUT /{campaign_id}/settings.
