Delete Google Ads Account Business Unit

Remove one business unit from the account's mapped set, leaving the rest untouched.

Single-row atomic soft-delete — not a read-then-full-reconcile — so it can't race a concurrent add/remove on the same account. No-op (200, unchanged set) if the BU isn't currently mapped. Rejected with 404 unless google_ads_account_id belongs to organization_id.
