Update Employee Identity

Set, correct or clear who an employee is in Linear, Plain or Slack.

An omitted field is left alone; an explicit null clears it. Setting one locks that source by default — the ingest re-resolves on every reconcile, so an unlocked correction is overwritten within the hour.

Clearing matters more here than elsewhere: a person can hold two accounts in the same system, so "not this one" is a real answer that exact-email matching cannot reach.
