Get a student's entries for a report

Requires permissions: Guardian or Leaver or Parent or StaffMember or Student

Returns the report entries for a single pupil in a report. Staff see all entries; a student/leaver sees only their own (published to students); a parent/guardian only their child's (published to parents). Leaver self-view is in the FR-019 in-scope set.
