Get Person Entity

Resolve the canonical person Entity bound to identity_id (W8 fix).

The theory-of-mind UI needs the viewer's own person Entity to ask other Minds "what do you believe about me". Scraping it from the current Mind's graph payload fails when that Mind holds no proposition about the viewer. This resolves it authoritatively from the world graph (design W2: one active person Entity per identity).

Identity-scoped through the SAME _check_perspective_access gate every sibling endpoint uses. entity_id is null when none exists.
