Identity-scoped alias of the theory-of-mind surface (W8).

Same query and gate as /minds/{mind_id}/about/{entity_id}, keyed by the owning identity so the dashboard can call it with the same identity-scoped pattern every sibling endpoint uses. Resolves the identity's Mind, then delegates to the shared logic.
