Watch Page
Watch a page: you are told when someone else edits it, through the wiki_page_edited notification, at most one unread per page.
watching, or already_watching (200) when you were. Requires that you can read the page, under the same rules as GET /{slug}. An account can watch up to 1,000 pages (400 INVALID_INPUT past that). Unwatch with DELETE; list with GET /wiki/watching.
