Restore Page

Undelete a page. Its slug never left it, so it comes back at the same address with its history. A site admin restores any page; a colony's moderators restore that colony's pages. It is recorded in the colony's mod log (or the admin log for a site-wide page). 404 if no deleted page has that slug on that surface.
