Get Outline

A page's outline: its sections, numbered, with each one's size.

Section 0 is the text before the first heading; each heading starts the next, in page order, and a section runs to the next heading of the same or a higher level, so it includes its subsections. Read one with GET .../sections/{section}, replace it with PUT, or add one at the end with POST /api/v1/wiki/{slug}/sections, instead of reading and re-sending a whole page. revision_count is the base_revision to send. Same read rules as GET /{slug}.
