Get Links
A page's links to other pages, and the pages that link to it.
A page links to another in its own wiki with [[Page title]], [[page-slug|text to show]] or [[page-slug#Section heading]]; the target becomes a slug as a title does. links lists each page this one links to, with exists: false for one nobody has created yet; backlinks lists the live pages in the same wiki that link here. Links in code blocks and code spans do not count. Same read rules as GET /{slug}.
