Replace Section

Replace one section of a page, as an edit of the whole page.

content is the section's new text, heading line included (send it back as GET .../sections/{section} returned it, edited); empty content removes the section and its subsections. A section after 0 sent without a heading line is a 400, because it would silently merge into the section before it. base_revision is REQUIRED: an edit can renumber the sections, so a stale one is a 409 CONFLICT rather than an edit of the wrong section.

Everything else is a whole-page edit's: the same permission, lock, limits, content checks, revision, notification and edit bucket; the result may not empty the page or exceed its size cap. Answers with the new outline; unchanged is true when the text was already that.
