Delete Help Site Domain

Removal is immediate for resolution (the columns clear now) and eventual for the edge (the teardown workflow disables and deletes the distribution, certificate last). Idempotent: no domain, nothing done. The teardown starts BEFORE the columns clear — started-but-uncleaned heals on a retry, cleared-but-unstarted would orphan the edge with the customer's CNAME still pointing at it.

Terminal states are active and failed; everything else converges under the provisioning workflow.
