List balance transactions

The prepaid balance's history, newest first: top-ups, usage, credits, refunds and adjustments, each a signed amount in microusd (millionths of a US dollar). A full page means more may exist; page with the last row's created_at and id.

For the next page: the created_at of the last transaction already read. Pass it with before_id, or omit both for the newest page.

For the next page: the id of the last transaction already read. Pass it with before_created_at.

How much the balance moved: positive adds, negative takes away. In microusd: millionths of a US dollar (1,000,000 = $1.00).

A note on the movement, if any.

receipt_urlstring nullable required

The card receipt; only card top-ups carry one.

created_atstring date-time required

When it happened; page with it as before_created_at.
