Get Assistant Thread

The conversation and the newest window of its turns (oldest-first within the window). Page backwards with the oldest held turn's created_at and id as before_created_at/before_id; a full window means earlier turns may exist. Turn rows are the display source for user text — user_message stores the bare message, never the LLM-side injected context.
