Resolve Assistant Turn Tool Results

Deliver a paused turn's client-executed tool results — the execution twin of the approval endpoint, owner-scoped to the member. Every result passes the shared door's gate first; answerable turns deliver, a voided turn records evidence, a settled turn's known interrupts no-op. The branch rationale lives on the serving twin (serving/assistant_threads.py::resolve_serving_assistant_turn_tool_results).
